What Goes Up, Must Come Down
I'll expound on it more later.

I recently ran across this site: Pzi Jeans

Basically, I think I need to invest in pants that are made for me!
Smooches :)

I wanted to post a picture of the shoes. For some reason they won't let me show you the red version, only the black. But here is the link to Aldo for you to go and put them in red to see. The shoe is Satin and the strips are patent leather and the heel is silver!
At the event there were different rooms that you could go into and salsa, or hear jazz or hear Chante Moore and Kenny Latimore, etc. My boy who throws the Grown and Sexy First Friday's here in Boston sponsered the Dwele concert, so after his first set (he performed twice) we were introduced. He is so shy. It could have been an act, but I don't think so. Here is the picture of us after his last set. Damn, my forehead looks big!
Brother man has lost mad weight. He actually looked good sitting up there playing the piano and singing. His band was great! He has a mean drummer. All he needs is some back-up singers to complete the show. If you haven't gone out and gotten his latest CD go and cop that joint! It's definitely worth the money.
For those of you that really want to know how Stepping Out was overall: To me, it wasn't worth the money people spent. True, you got several concerts, bands, and food, but that wasn't enough. To me, it was poorly organized. Different companie or organizations sponsored different rooms and some of them ran at the same time, so you weren't able to catch everything. And, if one show was running late or over time you had to leave early or miss something els. True, anybody that's anybody was there, but the set-up of the event really didn't allow for true mixing and mingeling. You were off to the next show or whatever. I was also disappointed that the liquor wasn't free! I recommend going with a date. Most people there were coupled up.
That was basically the highlight of last weekend.
******************************************************
Last week was marked by hard work and rest. I had several presentations and meetings to meet about meeting that it left me no time to blog and no energy to do so even if I had the time.
Aside from that, me and SS have been having "growing pains" as he calls them. Robert Mack, it reached the 30 day mark this weekend...LOL! One side of me keeps trying to push him away. I think it's some kind of twisted test I administer. If you like me at my worst then you deserve me at my best. Where did I learn these games? Luckily, he's persistant. Secretly, I really want him to stick around for a very long time.
To be honest, I'm no good at this relationship stuff, yet I yearn to be in one. How does that work? Since, I'm no good at it I look to other's relationships and fairytale romances to gauge how my relationship should go. As soon as shit doesn't go the way I think it should, I leave. Plain and simple. I leave and take everything I came with and I never look back, second guess my decision, or return. Can any of you psychoanalysis me? I really value your input. He's being patient. I constantly ask myself why...
Things that make you go hmmmm...
